My Favourite Pics » 1-DSC_7713

Ama Dablam, Himalayas, Nepal – October 2005.
Our first view of Ama Dablam on our way to climb the mountain. We climbed up the ridge from the right. I made it about 2/3 the way up when I had a small fall that ended my climb for the summit. I tore my medial ligament in my right knee and bruised the femur.
I spent two days by myself in a tent at camp 2 before taking 12 hours to climb back down to base camp on my own with my injured knee.
