Sunday 24^th July

At work today and this guy arrives on a very immaculately restored Honda 750cc K2 motorcycle. Now I used to have one of these back in 1973-4.

An awesome bike in its day and still a real beauty. Wish I had kept it…..

Sunday 14^th August:

Went to work today as it is my last day before holidays…..

Guy picked me up from work, went back home, loaded up the car and made our way to our Bulli beach house (2 hours drive south of Sydney). Jo, Dave and Zali were already there (from Canberra) when we arrived so all good.

Monday 15^th August:

Sleep-in morning on the first day of our holidays. We arose about 10:30am and had a very leisurely day. A walk to the local Woolies for a few “luxuries” (Magnum Ice creams) and our day was done.

Tuesday 16^th August:

Good old bacon and eggs for brunch followed by a walk to the playground for Zali to have a play. Back home along the beach and a leisurely afternoon.

Zali was under the weather so a quick trip to the doctor for her. She has a virus so lots of rest and fluids.

Wednesday 17^th August:

Quiet relaxing day as Zali was a little under the weather.

Thursday 18^th August:

Off for a drive into the Royal National Park. Stopped and walked into a waterfall 1km off the main road. Then a quick visit across the road to an Apple Cider farm for some very nice country goodies.

Finished off the day watching two whales frolicking in front of the shack followed by a huge blood moonrise.

Friday 19^th & Saturday 20^th:

Usual eating, drinking and holiday relaxing.

Sunday 21^st August:

Up and cleaned up the shack. All packed and left by 9:45am.

We are all (Jordan included) catching up again tonight in Sydney to celebrate Jordan’s birthday (26^th August and his 21st), Jo’s birthday (29^th August), Guy’s birthday (1^st September) and mine (9^th September).

Life is good.
